Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Glutinous rice flour
  • 100 g Red bean paste
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 150 ml Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sugar in a bowl.
  2. 2. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough.
  3. 3. Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them.
  4. 4. Place a small amount of red bean paste in the center of each flattened dough.
  5. 5. Wrap the dough around the filling and shape into balls.
  6. 6. Steam the rice cakes for about 20 minutes.
