Egg Wrappers
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 pinch salt
Filling
- 200 g ground pork
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon green onions, chopped
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, water, and a pinch of salt.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small amount of the egg mixture to form a thin layer. Cook until set, then flip and cook the other side. Repeat with remaining egg mixture.
3. In another bowl, combine ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
4. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture onto each egg wrapper. Fold the wrapper over and seal the edges.
5. Heat the skillet again and cook the dumplings until the filling is cooked through, about 5 minutes on each side.
