Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g ground pork
  • 100 g glass noodles soaked in warm water
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon doubanjiang (fermented bean paste)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. 2. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  5. 5. Stir in the doubanjiang and soy sauce, cook for another minute.
  6. 6. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  7. 7. Add the soaked glass noodles and cook until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
  8. 8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
