Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 1 cup Shredded Carrots
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 package Egg Roll Wrappers
- 2 cups Vegetable Oil for frying
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger.
2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
3. Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the edges with a bit of water.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
