Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sriracha
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with soy sauce. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Coat the marinated chicken pieces in cornstarch.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar to make the sauce.
5. Toss the fried chicken pieces in the sauce until well coated.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
