Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef Brisket cut into chunks
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 inch Ginger sliced
- 1 lb Egg Noodles
- 1 bunch Bok Choy chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil and sear the beef brisket chunks until browned on all sides.
2. Add the minced garlic and sliced ginger to the pot, cooking until fragrant.
3. Pour in the beef broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
4. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. In the last 10 minutes of cooking, add the chopped bok choy to the pot.
6. Season the broth with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve the beef brisket and bok choy over the cooked noodles. Ladle the broth over the top.
