Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (flank steak, thinly sliced)
  • 1 lb Wide rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions (cut into 2-inch pieces)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the beef with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce for 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat the wok over high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  3. 3. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. Add the remaining oil to the wok, then add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds.
  5. 5. Add the rice noodles, remaining soy sauce, and stir-fry until heated through.
  6. 6. Return the beef to the wok, add the bean sprouts and green onions, and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
