Beef in Black Bean Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon black bean sauce
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 0.5 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry garlic until fragrant.
Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Return beef to the pan. Add black bean sauce and water. Stir well.
Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot with rice.
