Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon black bean sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Marinate beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add bell pepper and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the pan. Add black bean sauce and water. Stir well.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot with rice.
