Dumpling Filling
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Chopped cabbage
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
Dumpling Wrappers
- 30 pieces Dumpling wrappers
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped cabbage, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix well.
2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal.
3. Steam the dumplings for about 10 minutes or until the filling is cooked through.
4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
