Ingredients 

Noodles

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Sauce

  • 4 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chili oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, water, and salt. Knead until smooth. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Roll out the dough and cut into wide strips.
  3. 3. Boil the noodles in a pot of water for 5-7 minutes until cooked.
  4. 4. Mix soy sauce, chili oil, garlic, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl to make the sauce.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce and serve hot.
