  • 1 whole Silkie chicken cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 20 g Goji berries
  • 30 g Dried longan
  • 30 g Red dates pitted
  • 10 g Astragalus root
  • 2 slices Ginger
  • 1 L Water
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean and cut the Silkie chicken into pieces.
  2. 2. In a large pot, add the chicken pieces, goji berries, dried longan, red dates, astragalus root, ginger slices, and water.
  3. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  4. 4. Season with salt to taste before serving.
