Main Ingredients
- 500 g Beef, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 unit Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 unit Onion, sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch. Set aside for 15 minutes.
2. Heat the wok over high heat and add vegetable oil.
3. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
5. Add the bell pepper and onion, and continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
