Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g E-Fu noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Choy sum, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the E-Fu noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the cooked E-Fu noodles and choy sum. Toss to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles absorb the sauce.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
