Main Ingredients
- 400 g E-Fu noodles
- 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Choy sum, chopped
1. Cook the E-Fu noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
4. Add the cooked E-Fu noodles and choy sum. Toss to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the noodles absorb the sauce.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
