  • 500 g Bamboo Shoots fresh, peeled
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth.
  5. 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until the bamboo shoots are tender.
