- 500 g Bamboo Shoots fresh, peeled
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the bamboo shoots and stir-fry for a few minutes.
4. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes, until the bamboo shoots are tender.
