- 200 g Tofu knots
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 cup Vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
1. Heat the pan over medium heat and add the cooking oil.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add tofu knots and stir-fry for a few minutes.
4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vegetable broth. Add sugar and stir well.
5. Cover and let it simmer for about 20 minutes or until the tofu knots are tender and the sauce has thickened.
