  • 200 g tofu puffs
  • 150 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
  4. Add tofu puffs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and vegetable broth.
  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
