Braised Tofu (with Mushrooms/Vegetables)

Main Ingredients
- 400 g Firm Tofu cut into cubes
- 200 g Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables chopped
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
- 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
Add mushrooms and mixed vegetables, cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Add cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
