- 200 g Wheat Gluten cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add wheat gluten pieces and stir-fry for a few minutes.
4. Pour in soy sauce, sugar, and vegetable broth. Stir well.
5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
6. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
