  • 200 g Wheat Gluten cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add wheat gluten pieces and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in soy sauce, sugar, and vegetable broth. Stir well.
  5. 5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
