Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 kg Winter Melon peeled and cut into cubes
  • 50 g Dried Shrimp soaked in water for 10 minutes
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and dried shrimp, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the winter melon cubes and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until the winter melon is tender.
  6. Season with salt and white pepper to taste. Serve hot.
