Braised Winter Melon with Dried Shrimp

Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Winter Melon peeled and cut into cubes
- 50 g Dried Shrimp soaked in water for 10 minutes
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste White Pepper
Heat the wok over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and dried shrimp, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the winter melon cubes and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until the winter melon is tender.
Season with salt and white pepper to taste. Serve hot.
