Ingredients

  • 200 g Shark fin
  • 200 g Sea cucumber
  • 200 g Abalone
  • 200 g Fish maw
  • 200 g Chicken breast
  • 200 g Pork belly
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 200 g Scallops
  • 200 g Jinhua ham
  • 1 L Chicken stock
  • 50 ml Shaoxing wine

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the shark fin, sea cucumber, abalone, and fish maw in water overnight.
  2. 2. Blanch the chicken breast, pork belly, and Jinhua ham in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a large pot, bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add all the ingredients and Shaoxing wine.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 hours.
  5. 5. Serve hot.
