Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 cup Carrot, sliced
- 1 cup Snow peas
- 1 cup Baby corn
- 1 cup Firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add tofu and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
