Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 cup Baby corn
  • 1 cup Firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add tofu and stir-fry until golden brown.
  4. Add all the vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
