Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork bones
  • 1 cup Dried scallops
  • 2 pieces Dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 piece Ginger sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 8 cups Water
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blanch the pork bones in boiling water for 5 minutes. Rinse and set aside.
  2. 2. Soak the dried scallops and shiitake mushrooms in warm water until softened. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a large pot, add the pork bones, dried scallops, shiitake mushrooms, ginger, garlic, and water. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours.
  5. 5. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
