  • 2 cups Fermented Bean Curd
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut tofu into cubes.
  2. 2. Mix fermented bean curd, water, soy sauce, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Marinate tofu cubes in the mixture for at least 2 hours.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the marinated tofu cubes until golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
