Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g pork liver
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili bean paste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Slice pork liver thinly and marinate with soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chili bean paste and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add marinated pork liver and stir-fry until it changes color.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, oyster sauce, and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add green onions, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
