Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork Shoulder cut into strips
Marinade
- 2 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Chinese Five-Spice Powder
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, Chinese five-spice powder, Shaoxing wine, and minced garlic.
2. Add pork strips to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the fridge.
3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place a wire rack on a baking tray and arrange the marinated pork strips on the rack.
4. Roast in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with the remaining marinade.
5. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
