Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca starch
  • ¼ cup wheat starch
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Filling of choice (shrimp, BBQ pork, etc.)

Instructions 

  1. Mix rice flour, tapioca starch, wheat starch, and water until smooth.
  2. Add vegetable oil and salt, mix well.
  3. Heat a steamer and lightly oil a flat tray.
  4. Pour a thin layer of batter onto the tray.
  5. Steam for 2-3 minutes until set.
  6. Add filling, then roll up the noodle.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter.
  8. Serve with soy sauce or hoisin sauce.
