Main Ingredients
- 1 cup rice flour
- ¼ cup tapioca starch
- ¼ cup wheat starch
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Filling of choice (shrimp, BBQ pork, etc.)
Mix rice flour, tapioca starch, wheat starch, and water until smooth.
Add vegetable oil and salt, mix well.
Heat a steamer and lightly oil a flat tray.
Pour a thin layer of batter onto the tray.
Steam for 2-3 minutes until set.
Add filling, then roll up the noodle.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with soy sauce or hoisin sauce.
