Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed Chinese vegetables (bok choy, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the mixed Chinese vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. 5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
