Chicken with Cashew Nuts Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup Cashew nuts unsalted
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 unit Bell pepper sliced
- 1 unit Onion sliced
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well.
Add cashew nuts and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
