Instructions
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches 300°F (150°C).

3. Carefully pour the hot oil over the chili mixture. Stir to combine.
4. Let the mixture cool completely. Strain the oil into a clean jar and discard the solids.
5. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within a month.
