Ingredients

  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. In a heatproof bowl, combine the red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and salt.
  3. 3. Carefully pour the hot oil over the chili mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Let the mixture cool completely. Strain the oil into a clean jar and discard the solids.
  5. 5. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within a month.
