Instructions
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
6. Add the toasted almonds and green onions. Stir well.
7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
