Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Baby Bok Choy washed and halved
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the baby bok choy and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and cook for another minute.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot.
