Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork spareribs
- ½ cup hoisin sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- ½ teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and Chinese five-spice powder.
3. Place the spareribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush the sauce mixture over the ribs.
4. Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
5. Remove the top foil and bake for another 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.
6. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
