Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Fish Fillets preferably white fish
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing Wine
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger sliced
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the fish fillets and cook until both sides are lightly browned.
  4. 4. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, and water. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
