- 1 lb Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan) washed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and steam the Chinese broccoli for about 5 minutes until tender.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the steamed Chinese broccoli to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the oyster sauce and soy sauce, and stir well to coat the broccoli evenly.
5. Serve hot as a side dish.
