  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded broccoli, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
