Slaw Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded broccoli
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 0.5 cup sliced green onions
Dressing Ingredients
- 0.25 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded broccoli, shredded carrots, and sliced green onions.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine.
