  • 1 head Chinese cabbage chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chopped Chinese cabbage and stir for a few minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
