Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Chinese cabbage shredded
  • 2 pcs Carrots julienned
  • 4 pcs Green onions sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Chinese cabbage, julienned carrots, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
