Dough
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup Warm water
Filling
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 0.5 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Chopped green onions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
2. In another bowl, mix ground chicken, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, chicken broth, and chopped green onions to make the filling.
3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into small circles.
4. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle, then fold and pinch the edges to seal.
5. Steam the dumplings in a steamer for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
