Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 8 cups Water
- 4 slices Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic smashed
- 2 stalks Green Onions cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper to taste
1. In a large pot, add the chicken pieces and water. Bring to a boil.
2. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
3. Add ginger, garlic, and green onions. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
4. Season with soy sauce, salt, and white pepper to taste.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
