Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 heads bok choy, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices, cook until no longer pink.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and water, bring to a boil.
  5. Add bok choy and soy sauce, simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
