Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add shredded chicken and soy sauce. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
