- 2 lbs chicken wings
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the sauce.
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, turning the wings halfway through, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
