  • 2 Cucumbers medium-sized, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the cucumbers and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and salt to the bowl.
  3. 3. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. 4. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
