Ingredients 

Dumpling Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Water Warm

Filling

  • 2 cups Dandelion greens Chopped
  • 0.5 cup Ground pork
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water to make the dough. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix dandelion greens, ground pork, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the filling.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal the edges.
  4. 4. Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
