Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the five-spice powder, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
3. Rub the mixture all over the spare ribs, making sure they are well coated.
4. Place the ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
5. Cover the ribs with another piece of aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
6. Remove the top foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes to let the ribs brown.
7. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
