Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Egg noodles
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Green onion, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the shredded cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. 4. Add the cooked noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
