Chinese Fried Walnuts Recipe

- 2 cups Walnuts
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
Boil the walnuts in water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, combine sugar, water, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Add the walnuts to the sugar mixture and cook until the liquid evaporates.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry the walnuts until golden brown.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Let cool before serving.
