Chinese Garlic Chicken

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
5. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
