Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Glass noodles soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
  • 1 l Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 100 g Shiitake mushrooms sliced
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the minced garlic and sliced shiitake mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the pot. Stir well.
  4. 4. Add the soaked glass noodles to the pot and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the chopped green onions and fresh spinach. Cook for 2 more minutes until the spinach is wilted.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
