- 500 g Green beans trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the green beans and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they start to blister.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well to coat the beans evenly.
Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the beans are tender-crisp.
Serve hot as a side dish or over rice as a main course.
