  • 500 g Green beans trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the green beans and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they start to blister.
  3. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir well to coat the beans evenly.
  5. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the beans are tender-crisp.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice as a main course.
